Top 5 Games ever

I have been wondering for a whle what my top 5 games of all time are, i have given his a lot of thought so here goes:

GTA: san andreas, i chose this because it was the first game that actually had a good variety to it, and the gameplay was great.

Age of empires, I truly love this franchise, i have stayed up numerous times playing these games especially Age of mythology.

Command and conquer: Red alert, of all the c&c i have played this was my favourite, i stayed up 24 hours straight when i first played this game, so for that reason alone it has to go into my top 5

Football manager 2007, call me sad, but when i first played it i didn't like it there was to much to do, but after a while i grew to love it.

Dungeon siege: I came acroos this game by accident, my daughter was in hospital and me being the caring dad that i am was in the childrens ward with her for a week, and there was a trolley they had there with books and some games, I think it cost me 50p or something like that, it was the best 50p i have ever spent i stil love this game now.


I know its hard to make a list when you have played thousands of them, but try thinking back to the games that got you into a certain genre

Knights of the Old Republic (First one was better, but they're both good)
Age of Empires
World of Warcraft (Before TBC and WotLK)
Unreal Tournament
Halo (There's too many, sure but they're still good)

I was going to sat the kotor games aswell but i see that as more of an addiction so therefore a necessity

4. Tekken 3 (i still carnt beat my sister on it :mad:)

Im gona say 9 because it was the first one i played and got me hooked on them. but 10 was awsum and 7 for the film and psp game thought they were nice aswell. im not to keen on 12 with the new combat system just hope 13 is better.

I could never get into the FF series myself, i know loads of people that love it

yeah, personally FF7 would be the one for me I think. X was quite good, X2 was crap (too girly and silly for me), didn't like the 8 too much, but 9 was quite good.

Though in general, the FF series will always have a certain spot in my heart. ^^

Thats like me with the Age of Empires games, i'm not a big fan of AOE 3 but those titles will always be 1 of the best games ever
